Have you tried switching of the usb debugging and switching it on again, sometimes the usb debugging seems to be enable but it isnt, by reenabling it you should be able to connect to Moborobo. If there are still problem feel free to leave a message. Thanks!

Hi Moborobo,
I could not see "Samsung Galaxy S2" in the supported devices list. Is there any reason for that? Any chances to support this model in future? Its quiet surprising!! |

I have the same problem than the other users: no way to connect my PC to Samsung Galaxy II. I am waiting for "installing drivers" since half an hour....should I wait more ?

I use Moborobo and have not any problem with my Galaxy S2.
I share my phone settings maybe can help you. Step -1 : Open settings menu Step -2 : Enable "Unknown Sources" under "Security" Step -3 : Enable "Android debugging" and "USB notify debugging" under "Developer Options" Step -4 : Connect your Galaxy S2 phone via USB cable. It is OK! https://www.dropbox.com/s/fw9s8ztkrl...creenshot1.jpg https://www.dropbox.com/s/l5vewchbku...creenshot2.jpg https://www.dropbox.com/s/5xsocx3t3o...creenshot3.jpg

Thanks for your feedback. I would like to ask you to uninstall the driver first. Please connect your device to PC,then open Control Pannel-> Administrative Tools-> Computer Management-> Device Manager, you will see Android USB Devices, unfolder itto delete the driver. Second, would you please download the driver from your device brand official site and try to install it manually to see if it is working. If you still have any problems, please feel free to contact us! Thanks again for your support! |
