I am able to take a backup of all my phone data. But cannot view my messages or any other phone data in the DATA tab.

Please help me.

Hello! I have forwarded this problem to our develop team. But we need some details. Would you please do us a favor to offer the following information:
1. Is there SMS or other data on your device?
2. when your device connected to Moborobo, does the left area of data page shows any numbers?(See the picture below,plz)

3.Cannot see the message. Did you mean that when you click message you cannot see it or the whole page is blank? If it is convenient, please give us a screenshot.
