Lightbulb Getting Error..Unable to connect

Hi, friends

I m using HTC Salsa C510e, with Moborobo. It detects as 1 device connected
Displays the name of my cell HTC Salsa c510e also via USB mode. (I dont hve WIFI). But later shows Error as Unable to connect...Insufficient memory space.

What is mini. requirement. For now i have 14 MB free ROM, and 253 MB free SD card memory free. How much more does it requires...

pls suggest what to do next....as my phone is not getting connected.

Thanks

Thanks for your feedback.

I'd like to ask you to provide us some information to help us track down the problem.

Would you please create a file named "Log" on your Moborobo destination location (You can find it by hovering on the Moborobo icon and click the right mouse button--Properties--shortcut--Find file location) , then launch Moborobo. And then mail us the "Log" file. We need it to track down what has caused the problem on your side! After mailing us the “Log”, please delete it on your PC, or it will always make a record.

What's more, I'd like you to offer us a file named "DeviceConnectError". Please open "My document->moborobo->Log, you will find the file "DeviceConnectError" and mail it to us. Then we will forward all the information to our develop team to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Or we will release the new version of Moborobo soon. You may have a try to see if the problem still happens. Thanks for your support. Please contact us at support@moborobo.com
