Default NEXUS S 4G doing samething

Same issue here. Samsung Nexus S 4g and getting the failed to load model. Can anyone direct me to how to factory reset the phone if the LCD is totally broke (cannot see screen at all due to major cracks and LCD is basically gone)? I was hoping to do this before sending the phone back under my insurance.

Thanks.

Hi, Zip!

Thanks for your feedback. We will update the phone model image list as soon as possible. What's more, about the factory reset problem, I wonder if you can use the feature of screenshot with Moborobo? You may try to track down the factory reset place on your broken screen according the image.

If you still have any questions, feel free to contact us. Many thanks for your support!

Default Galaxy S3 GT-i9300T - Failed to load device model

I have the same issue. All the other functions in Moborobo work extremely well, except that it will not load the device image.

I get the same error even when I uncheck "show device model".

Thanks
