What if my Android device is not able to connect with Moborobo?
1. USB Debugging and Unknown Sources
If you have trouble in connecting your Android device with Moborobo, please make sure you have enabled USB Debugging and Unknown Sources on your phone. These options are required by Moborobo for connection.
To enable USB Debugging, select Settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB Debugging. Then select OK to confirm.
To enable Unknown Source, select Settings -> Applications -> Unknown Sources. Then select OK to confirm.
Note: On different brand and different phone model, the location of the two options may be different. But please make sure these two options have been enabled.
2. Make sure that the USB Connection Mode is correct
After turning on USB Debugging and Unknown Source, you can connect your Android phone to Moborobo using a USB cord. Please note that you may not connect your phone to Moborobo if you are using an improper USB Connection Mode.
The name for the USB Connection Mode is different on each phone Brand, even for different phone model within the same brand. So, we suggest you to switch among the USB Connection modes to try to establish connection.
3. Make sure that Mobo Daemon has been installed
Mobo Daemon is used to establish the communication between your phone and PC. After connecting your phone to Moborobo, the Mobo Daemon should be automatically installed onto your phone.
If it is not installed onto your phone, please visit http://app.moborobo.com on your phone to install it manually.
4. Install phone USB driver
At the first time to connect your phone to Moborobo, the USB Driver for your phone will be automatically installed to your phone. The time required to install the USB Driver depends on your internet connection speed. Please wait patiently for the process to complete. Your phone will not be able to connect to Moborobo if the USB Driver is not installed successfully.
